Shipping your weapon to VENARI hunt

How it works

  1. Order the box on this product page.

  2. We will send you the empty special box including the return label.

  3. You place the weapon in the box; the return label is enclosed.

  4. Now simply stick on the return label and hand the box over to DHL.

  5. Upon arrival, we will review the documents, contact you with any queries, and, if necessary, prepare a cost estimate.

  6. Once approved, we will carry out the work and return the weapon safely to you.

Documents required for acceptance of your weapon

Required documents: (You will receive an email after ordering, please reply and send the documents as an attachment)

  1. ID card/passport (Copy front/back): For identification purposes.
  2. hunting license (Copy): Proof of basic authorization for hunting weapons.
  3. Weapons ownership card (WBK) (Copy of the title page + master data sheet of the weapon): Confirms the legal ownership of the weapon.
  4. NWR IDs:
    • P ID (Personal ID, 12 digits, begins with P or F): Identifies the hunter in the NWR.
    • OATH (Permit ID, 12 digits, starts with E): Identifies the WBK in the NWR.
    • W-ID (Weapon ID, 12 digits): Identifies the specific weapon (on WBK or master sheet).
    • Note: These IDs are listed on the firearms registration document. If they are missing, the firearms authority must update the firearms registration document (free of charge, approximately 1–2 weeks).

Questions & Answers (FAQ)

  • Does the €98 cover labor costs? — No. The €98 covers the box and shipping. Labor and parts are billed separately (we can provide a cost estimate prior to work upon request).

  • Who is responsible for NWR/documents? — You send us the required documentation in advance by email. We will assist you with completing it and review the documents upon receipt.

    • What is the insured value of the goods? — Standard up to €2.500. However, you can select other options.

    • Send ammunition along with the ammunition? – NO, forbidden. Any ammunition for shooting must be shipped separately.
