Advantage of a two-piece adapter for attachments

Two-piece adapters with a bayonet fitting are a new development that ensures increased repeatability. Unlike one-piece clamp adapters, no further adjustments are necessary after a test shot or after each removal of the night vision device. The point of impact remains exactly the same during mounting and dismounting of the night vision attachment. This is achieved because the two components of the new adapter remain permanently fixed . One part, the sleeve, remains on the riflescope – even during the day . It is secured with a locking lever, which ensures an even distribution of torque across the tube and thus prevents the attachment from slipping forward.

The second part, the clamp , is screwed onto the night vision attachment and remains attached even when detached . The two parts are connected using a simple and reliable bayonet fitting, i.e., a push-and-twist motion. Additionally, both parts have special arrows indicating the correct insertion position, making incorrect insertion impossible.

Thus, the new adapters offer a light, comfortable and - what is very important - repeatable and non-slip mounting of a night vision device on the daylight optics and a very high quality of workmanship: milled aluminum and high-quality blue contact tape as well as a wide range of thread sizes for the use of different attachments.
