The Venari Duo connector is 100% identical to the “Präzise Jagen” Connectors. The components are compatible with each other.

Important notes: Only tighten the clamping sleeve with 1nm! Use a torque wrench!
The bayonet adapter is a two-piece adapter for attachments. The adapter fixes night vision and thermal imaging devices with absolute repeatability - without shifting the point of impact when removing and replacing the attachment. One part, the sleeve, remains fixed on the scope. It is clamped with three screws in the longitudinal axis in such a way that the clamping force is evenly distributed over the tubular body of the glass. This protects the glass and prevents it from slipping due to the impulse of the shot being fired.
The other part, the bayonet ring, is screwed onto the night vision attachment and remains fixed to it. The connection between the sleeve and the bayonet ring is made by a plug-and-turn movement. It is very stable and repeatable. The bayonet ring has locking grooves arranged one behind the other, which enable the attachment to be attached to two adapter sizes.

- Torque wrench with 1nm torque (to avoid damaging the glass when installing the clamp and tighten to recommended strength)
- Eyepiece for using the attachment as a handheld device (an eyepiece can be attached to the bayonet ring that remains on the attachment, which makes longer observations more comfortable.)

With what strength are the screws tightened?
The 3 screws of the sleeve must be tightened with approx. 1nm (Newton Meter). Since some torque wrenches cannot be set to 1nm, we offer a suitable one torque wrench im VENARI Shop on.

Scope with rail - which adapters are there?
- 30mm with rail is for Leica Magnus 1-6,3×24 and Zeiss V8 1,1-8×24 suitable.
- 34mm with rail is suitable for Blaser B1 1-7×28
- 30mm with rail-Swarovski is suitable for Swarovski scopes with a continuous rail.
What is the wall thickness of the duo connector and how much space do I need between the scope and the barrel?
The wall thickness is around 4mm. Around 5mm of space is required. Please note, however, that some runs have upward gradients.
How far does the clamping sleeve have to be pushed onto the glass?
The extension is 4,5 cm.
The delay with the 30mm collet is 35mm.
Are there clamping sleeves for glasses with a rail?
Such adapters are currently being developed. We expect delivery of the first models in the first half of 2022.
Does the Duo connector fit the components from "Präzise Jagen"?
Ja – the components can be used together and fit together exactly.
