Right of objection

10. Callback requests via voice menu for phone calls

You have the option of leaving a callback request for phone calls. To do this, select according to the specifications in the language menu. If you request a callback, your voice message will be recorded via an answering machine function and you will be contacted promptly by our service team. If you leave a callback request, your voice message and your telephone number will be saved and used for the purpose of calling you back. If you leave a voice message, you consent to the storage of the aforementioned data and to our specialist advisers being contacted. 

11. Notification function for items on back order

The customer has the opportunity to be informed as soon as an item is back in stock. To do this, he can enter his email contact details in a corresponding form, which is displayed for items that are on backorder. The data entered by the customer will be used to contact you as soon as the item is available. The data will then be deleted. If the customer does not wish to be informed about the subsequent delivery in the meantime, he can do so by email to info@venari-jagd.de let us know. The data will then be deleted from the notification function.

12.Google Tag Manager

We use the service called Google Tag Manager from Google. “Google” is a group of companies and consists of the companies Google Ireland Ltd. (provider of the service), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland and Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA and other affiliated companies of Google LLC. We have concluded an order processing contract with Google. The Google Tag Manager is an auxiliary service and only processes personal data for technically necessary purposes. The Google Tag Manager ensures that other components are loaded, which in turn may collect data. The Google Tag Manager does not access this data. Please note that American authorities, such as secret services, could possibly gain access to personal data due to American laws such as the Cloud Act, which is inevitably exchanged with Google due to the Internet Protocol (TCP) when this service is integrated.

13. Package Delivery Notice

If technically possible, we offer our customers the service of receiving a package notification by email. In this way, the customer is informed in good time about the approaching parcel delivery. For this purpose, the customer's email address is sent to the parcel service provider. The e-mail address will only be used for the one-off sending of the e-mail announcement.
