On the authenticity of reviews

Venari collects product and shop reviews. 

Product reviews

After about 10 days, the customer receives a first email requesting product reviews. This may be supplemented by a reminder email. Product reviews are obtained exclusively via an email review link. The reviews obtained in this way come from de facto “verified” buyers. It is therefore not possible for third parties to leave reviews without placing an order. 

Reviews older than November 2023 are imported reviews from Trusted Shops and verified via this service provider.

VENARI Employees may give their own impressions/evaluations of the devices they use every day. This is marked separately on the product pages. Reviews submitted by employees are not independent, but represent the employee's personal impression.

Concepts:

“verified” on the product pages means the customer has been verified by VENARI Hunt is asked to submit a review of the respective product with a specific link

“via Trusted Shops” – the rating was created before November 2023, was collected via Trusted Shops and was imported into the current rating system. The date specified is the import date of the review.

“M.A VENARI Hunting” – rating from an employee of Venari hunt
