VENARI Partner program

Preamble

Venari Jagd (Jens Dewenter) runs an online shop for night vision devices and thermal imaging devices venari-jagdtechnik.de (Hereinafter referred to as “Shop”). The affiliate program (partner program) aims to ensure that participants (m/f/d) of the program (hereinafter referred to as “influencers”) forward visitors to the shop. Pays for any resulting sales from these visitors Venari Hunt a success-related remuneration (commission as a share of the sales that the influencer conveyed).

How does the affiliate program work?

The influencer receives a personal influencer voucher code. The influencer distributes the voucher code to his audience. If a visitor makes a purchase using the code, the influencer receives a commission on every turnover that can clearly be traced back to this voucher code.

Only voucher codes may be advertised that are provided by VENARI hunting were communicated. Other voucher codes will not be reimbursed.

Compensation

The influencer receives 4% compensation on net sales. Net sales are the shopping cart sales less discounts/discounts and VAT. Payment will be made no earlier than 21 days after confirmed commission (receipt of payment of customer sales) and no later than 30 days after confirmed commission. Of course, commission for canceled sales cannot be paid. Payment will be made via Paypal if you have accumulated remuneration of at least EUR 150 or after 4 weeks if you cancel the program Venari Hunt or the influencer.

Who can participate? 

Any (micro) influencer with a hunting audience of a certain size. Inclusion in the partner program is solely subject to the assessment of Venari Hunting technique and can be rejected without justification. Influencers with the following metrics are welcome to register for the program:

• At least 50 posts related to hunting on Instagram / TikTok / Facebook / Pinterest / Snapchat
• or at least 10 hunting videos on Youtube (or other video platform)
• or at least 10 hunting-related text posts on your blog

How should the products from Venari be advertised?

Here you can get creative. You can always link us to in your posts Reference to the voucher and discount or you make specific contributions to the subject of night vision and thermal imaging when hunting. If you plan to make at least 3 videos on the subject of night vision/thermal imaging, or if you can actively integrate the camera into videos and have a sufficient range, we will be happy to provide you with a device for a few days to take pictures. Accounting

Venari Jagd reserves the right to refuse orders if they do not meet the requirements of Venari correspond to hunting. The decision whether an order meets the requirements or not is yours alone Venari Reserved for hunting and does not require any justification to the influencer.

To inform the influencer about the success of their affiliate efforts Venari Hunt provides the affiliate with website access (“dashboard”). The sales and commissions listed there provide information about the approximate commission expected for the influencer.

The influencer cannot insist on payment of the commissions (“Gross Commission” / “Net Commission”) listed in the dashboard, as this includes any corrections (cancellation, loss of goods in transit, other events that lead to the loss of sales for Venari hunting) may not have been taken into account yet. The relevant settlement of the commission takes place when the commission is paid out to the influencer.

More Information

The influencer is responsible for maintaining his audience and related communication channel (website, Youtube channel, Instagram account, etc.).

This affiliate program does not create any partnership, association, employment contract, or commercial agency with the influencer. The influencer is not authorized to make offers on behalf of Venari Hunt to create or accept or Venari to represent hunting.

Contract duration and termination

The contract comes into force when your influencer account is activated and the access data for the dashboard is sent venari-jagdtechnik.de. The contract runs for an indefinite period of time and can be terminated by either party without giving reasons and without observing a notice period. Termination takes place informally via email. In the event of termination of this contract Venari Hunting influencers demand that they be named and linked, as well as that voucher codes be deleted from their communication channels.

Change of conditions of participation

Venari Jagd is entitled to adapt the provisions of this contract. The influencer will be informed of this by email and has the right to object for two weeks. If no objection is made within this period, the contract change is deemed to have been accepted.

1. How can I apply the vouchers? Here you can get creative. Whether online or offline - place the vouchers and our name in the way that makes the most sense for you. You can actively promote us in stories on Instagram, for example, or simply name us in your profile, video description, etc.
2. How are sales tracked? Sales are currently tracked exclusively via voucher codes. It is not remunerated on the basis of cookie tracking. The sales you brokered can therefore be assigned to you without any problems. 
3. As an influencer, do I have to be resident in Germany? No, this is not a requirement. As for customers, we ship to all of Europe (except Switzerland).
