No suitable glass? No problem! 

The thermal imaging attachment complete packages with mounting rail are particularly interesting for hunters who do not have the right glass for a front or rear attachment at hand, or who want to mount a permanently mounted solution in one movement. The advantage of this solution is that there is no shift in the point of impact, since the optics and attachment are mounted together on one rail. Even dismantling and building up again does not lead to a shift in the meeting point.

Which technology is right for you? 

• In the observation devices we always talk about thermal imaging technology. In the past there were also night vision (i.e. residual light) based observation devices. Nowadays, however, observation devices use thermal imaging almost exclusively.
• The following technologies are used for add-on devices (in front of the optics or behind the optics):
  • attachments (= front on the optics)
    • Thermal imaging technology: reveals the thermal signature of the Wildit and the surrounding area visible - the most used technology today
    • Night vision technology: works with residual light and infrared auxiliary light
  • add-on devices (=clamped on the back of the optics eyepiece) 
    • Night vision technology: works with residual light and infrared auxiliary light
    • there are no thermal imaging attachments due to the design
