Dedal night vision devices

“In 1991, a small group of young Russian engineers developed the first night vision device under the brand name “Dedal”. The success of the first model on the Russian market was so amazing that the founding members of “Dedal” set themselves the task of expanding the model range and research department. Due to the subsequent expansion of Russian high-tech scientific and technological technologies, Dedal supplies night vision and optical products to the European and North American commercial and law enforcement markets.”

Dedal attachments have made a name for themselves in Europe over the years. As well as thermal imaging attachments (Dedal-380 T2 Quest) as well as - and above all - tube night vision devices are known from Dedal. Current models include: 

Dedal 546 – Generation 2+ tube – 

Dedal 552 – Generation 3 tube – 

Dedal 555 - Generation 3+ tube - The 555 from Dedal is the current flagship model with its particularly powerful tube. A very bright and high-contrast Generation 3+ tube is used, which makes it possible to continue to work without brighteners even with very little residual light. The tube is made by KATOD - a manufacturer known for particularly clean (no inclusions) and robust image converter tubes.
